Felicity got a head replacement about 6 years ago, and ever since then I've tried to keep her pincurls in shape, but the one closest to her ear (on both sides) got brushed away. Then yesterday, I found the shorter strands of hair and realized they still had a slight curl in them.
Is there a way to revive hair that was once a curl? I know it's been said that straight dolly hair is impossible to curl, but does once-curly hair have a "memory" or something like that?
